§ 40.1-1-18 - Liberal construction.
SECTION 40.1-1-18
§ 40.1-1-18 Liberal construction. – This chapter shall be liberally construed in aid of its declared purposes, the primary purpose of which is the coordination and integration of functions relating to substance abuse education, prevention and treatment within one department and the allocation of these functions to the department of mental health, retardation, and hospitals.
