§ 40.1-1-11 - Housing for traumatically brain injured persons.

§ 40.1-1-11 Housing for traumatically brain injured persons. – The department of mental health, retardation, and hospitals shall have full authority and jurisdiction over the construction and staffing of group homes for traumatically brain injured persons; provided, however, the department shall consult with the Rhode Island chapter of the National Head Injury Foundation regarding the construction and staffing of group homes.
