§ 40.1-1.1-1 Declaration of policy. – It is hereby declared to be the policy of the state to establish, extend, and strengthen the mental health services relating to the causes, diagnosis, and treatment of psychiatric disorders and in the providing for developing the most effective methods of prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of psychiatric disorders.
