§ 39-20-11 Zoning and other municipal regulation. – For purposes of § 39-1-30, any domestic and foreign electric utility which owns or participates in the ownership of any plant, building, wires, conductors, fixtures, structures, equipment, or apparatus in this state pursuant to this chapter shall be considered a company under the supervision of the commission.
