§ 37-8-5 - Care and custody of State House lot.
SECTION 37-8-5
§ 37-8-5 Care and custody of State House lot. – The State House lot, bounded by Smith, Francis, and Gaspee Streets, in the city of Providence, and the buildings thereon, together with all the paintings, portraits, furniture, furnishings, fittings, fixtures, apparatus, and property of all descriptions belonging to the state contained in the buildings, excepting the books of account, records, and papers of the different departments and offices, shall be in the care and custody of the department of administration.
