SECTION 37-6-8
§ 37-6-8 Approval and filing of conveyances to state. – Every instrument conveying an interest in land or other real property to the state shall, prior to acceptance, be approved by the acquiring authority, and as to substance, by the director of administration, and as to form, by the attorney general, and a copy of each instrument of conveyance shall be filed with the general treasurer.
