§ 37-6-4 - Powers and duties supplemental.

SECTION 37-6-4

   § 37-6-4  Powers and duties supplemental. – The powers and duties vested in the state purchasing agent, the director of administration, and the attorney general by the provisions of this chapter and §§ 37-7-1 – 37-7-9 shall be construed to be in addition to any and all other powers and duties vested in them by any other general or public law, and not in substitution thereof.
