§ 37-6.2-1 - Legislative declaration.

§ 37-6.2-1 Legislative declaration. – The general assembly hereby finds and declares that the restoration, preservation, and enhancement of scenic beauty within and adjacent to federal aid highways within this state and the development of publicly owned rest and recreation areas, sanitary, and other facilities within or adjacent to the right of way of highways for the accommodation of the traveling public promotes the public safety, health, and general welfare.
