§ 37-4-5 - Disbursements from fund.
SECTION 37-4-5
§ 37-4-5 Disbursements from fund. – The state controller is hereby authorized and directed to draw his or her orders upon the general treasurer for the payment from the automotive equipment fund of such sums as may from time to time be required under the provisions of this chapter, upon receipt by him or her of proper vouchers approved by the director of administration.
