§ 37-2-73 Purchasing of pest control services – Effect of an order by the director of environmental management. – Upon receipt of an order from the director of environmental management pursuant to § 23-25-28(a)(1), the purchasing agent shall take such steps as are necessary to insure that the named business or commercial applicator shall not be eligible to receive state contracts for pest control services for the duration of the period enumerated in the director's order.
