§ 37-15-19 - Protection of state coastline – Adult designated smoking areas.

SECTION 37-15-19

   § 37-15-19  Protection of state coastline – Adult designated smoking areas. – Whereas it has been conclusively shown that pollution in the form of discarded cigarettes pose a major threat to the integrity of the coastline in this state, every municipality bordering on such coastline may adopt rules and regulations for the establishment of adult designated smoking areas for the purpose of reducing such cigarette litter and pollution.
