§ 34-44-10 - Legality of prior and inferior mortgage liens.
SECTION 34-44-10
§ 34-44-10 Legality of prior and inferior mortgage liens. – The creation of any mortgage lien under this chapter prior to or superior to any mortgage of record at the time the mortgage lien was created shall not disqualify a prior recorded mortgage as a legal investment under chapter 9 of title 19.
