§ 34-38-10 - Violations.
SECTION 34-38-10
§ 34-38-10 Violations. – Any broker or real estate salesperson, seller, or developer violating any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof be fined not more than one hundred dollars ($100) or imprisoned for not more than six (6) months, or both, and shall in addition to any other penalty imposed by law, have his or her real estate broker's or real estate salesperson's license suspended or revoked by the department for such time as in the circumstances it considers justified.
