§ 34-26-1 - Complaint to redeem.
SECTION 34-26-1
§ 34-26-1 Complaint to redeem. – Any person entitled in equity to redeem any mortgaged property, whether real or personal, may prefer a complaint to redeem the property, which complaint may be heard, tried and determined according to the usages in chancery and the principles of equity.
