§ 34-18.1-2 - Quitting by tenants at will or by sufferance on notice.

SECTION 34-18.1-2

   § 34-18.1-2  Quitting by tenants at will or by sufferance on notice. – Tenants of lands or tenements at will or by sufferance covered by this chapter shall quit upon notice in writing from the landlord at the day named therein.
