§ 34-15-6 - Venue when land situated in two (2) or more counties.

SECTION 34-15-6

   § 34-15-6  Venue when land situated in two (2) or more counties. – Partition of real estate held in joint tenancy or in common, and situated in two (2) or more counties in the state, may be sued for in any county in which any of the real estate is situated.
