§ 30-13-126 - Execution of processes and sentences.

SECTION 30-13-126

   § 30-13-126  Execution of processes and sentences. – In addition to the officers prescribed under the laws and regulations of the United States and in § 30-13-127(b), all processes and sentences of the military courts of the state military forces shall be directed to and executed by any sheriff or deputy sheriff, town sergeant, constable, member of the state police, or member of the police department of any municipality, or any officer or enlisted person of the state military forces appointed by the court to serve or execute processes and sentences.
