§ 28-45-4 - Personnel.
SECTION 28-45-4
§ 28-45-4 Personnel. – For the purpose of carrying out administerial duties the council may employ assistants and clerical personnel as are necessary, who work under the general supervision of the director of labor and training. All those assistants and clerical personnel shall be appointed under and be subject to the provisions of chapter 4 of title 36.
