§ 28-35-14 - Copies of petition to respondents.
SECTION 28-35-14
§ 28-35-14 Copies of petition to respondents. – Upon filing with the administrator of any petition in writing, stating the general nature of any claim as to which any dispute or controversy may have arisen, the administrator shall mail a copy of the petition to the respondent or respondents named in it. Service by mail to an employee is adequate if mailed postage prepaid to the address to which compensation benefits are mailed.
