§ 28-33-16 - Burial expenses.
SECTION 28-33-16
§ 28-33-16 Burial expenses. – If the employee dies as a result of the injury, the employer shall pay in addition to any compensation provided for in this chapter, the sum of fifteen thousand dollars ($15,000). This sum shall be paid under the provisions of § 28-33-23.
