SECTION 28-33-11
§ 28-33-11 Notice of hearings – Time of decision. – No hearing shall be held by the workers' compensation court or any judge of that court under §§ 28-33-5 – 28-33-10 unless written notice of the hearing is mailed to the employer and employee five (5) days before the time of the hearing. The decision shall be rendered within seventy-two (72) hours after the hearing, unless the parties agree otherwise.
