2005 Rhode Island Code - § 39-2-11 — Penalty for refusal of carrier to receive and transport.
Every common carrier who shall refuse or neglect to receive and transport
goods, wares, and merchandise in the manner as provided in this chapter shall
be fined not less than fifty dollars ($50.00) nor more than five hundred
dollars ($500).
