2005 Rhode Island Code - § 39-15-2 — Payment for property taken.
Whenever any property or estate or rights of property shall be taken under the
provisions of § 39-15-1, the owner thereof, including all persons having
property rights therein, shall be paid therefor according to their respective
interests, by the town, person or corporation, taking the property or estate or
rights of property.
