2005 Rhode Island Code - § 37-6-30 — Registry of leases.

    The state properties committee shall cause to be established a registry of leases which shall be indexed and copies of all leases entered into by the state or any of its agencies shall be kept. Each state agency entering into a lease agreement shall be required to forthwith file a copy of the lease with the registry of leases. Leases shall be indexed by property location and name and address of lessor and lessee and copies of the leases shall be made available for public inspection.
