2005 Rhode Island Code - § 37-22-14 — Severability.
If any clause, sentence, paragraph, section or part of this chapter shall be judged by any court or competent jurisdiction to be invalid, such judgment shall not affect, impair or invalidate the remainder thereof, but it shall be confined in its operation of the clause, sentence, paragraph, section or part directly involved in the controversy in which that judgment shall have been rendered.Disclaimer: These codes may not be the most recent version.
