2005 Rhode Island Code - § 37-22-12 — Procurement.

The State Purchases Act, § 27-2-1 et seq., the Management and Disposal of Property Act, § 37-7-1 et seq., and the Municipal Award Act, § 45-55-1 et seq., shall not apply to this chapter. However, notwithstanding any provisions of this chapter, the sale, lease or agreement for any real property subject to control by the board shall secure an advisory opinion from the office of the attorney general.
