2005 Rhode Island Code - § 33-23-19 — Transmission of final decree to probate court.
A copy of the final judgment entered by the superior court, in any probate appeal under the provisions of this chapter, shall be certified and transmitted by the clerk of the superior court, without fee therefor, to the probate court appealed from.Disclaimer: These codes may not be the most recent version.
