2005 Rhode Island Code - § 31-27-14 — Penalty for felonies.
Any person who is convicted of a violation of any provision of chapters 1 27of this title, by this chapter or by the laws of this state declared to constitute a felony, shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year nor more than five (5) years, or by a fine of not more than five thousand dollars ($5,000), or by both fine and imprisonment.Disclaimer: These codes may not be the most recent version.
