2005 Rhode Island Code - § 31-20-2 — Driving through railroad gate or barrier.
(a) No person shall drive any vehicle through, around, or under any crossing gate or barrier at a railroad grade crossing while the gate or barrier is closed or is being opened or closed.(b) Violations of this section are subject to fines enumerated in § 31-41.1-4.
