2005 Rhode Island Code - § 31-1-16 — Administrator and division.

(a) "Administrator" means the administrator of the division of motor vehicles of this state.

(b) "Division" means the division of motor vehicles within the department of administration of this state acting directly or through its authorized officers and agents.
