2005 Rhode Island Code - § 27-1.1-5 — Reinsurance agreements affected.

This chapter shall apply to all cessions after June 18, 1991, under reinsurance agreements that have had an inception, anniversary, or renewal date not less than six (6) months after June 18, 1991.
