2005 Rhode Island Code - § 21-9-11 — Inspection and preservation of records, reports, and invoices.
The records, reports, and invoices required by this chapter shall be written in
legible English. The original records required by § 21-9-7 and a legible
copy of the reports required by § 21-9-9 shall be preserved and kept at
the frozen dessert plant to which they apply for a period of one year from the
date of the last entry on them. All records, reports, and invoices shall be
open at all reasonable hours for inspection by the director of health and/or by
the director's authorized agents.
