2005 Rhode Island Code - § 21-5-10 — Penalty for obstruction or violations.
Whoever hinders or obstructs the director, or a duly authorized assistant, in
the discharge of any authority or duty imposed by any provision of this
chapter, and whoever violates any provision of this chapter or of any lawful
regulations of the director made under the provisions of this chapter, shall be
punished by a fine not more than one hundred dollars ($100).
