2005 Rhode Island Code - § 21-28-5.06 — Seizure of contraband.
All controlled substances, which may be handled, sold, possessed, or
distributed in violation of any of the provisions of this chapter shall be and
are declared to be contraband; and shall be subject to seizure and confiscation
by any state or local officer whose duty it is to enforce the laws of this
state relating to controlled substances.
