2005 Rhode Island Code - § 21-28-3.28 — Security requirements generally.
Security requirements for controlled substances shall be the same as those
enumerated in federal law; provided, that the director of health may promulgate
additional rules and regulations as required to prevent diversion of controlled
substances.
