2005 Rhode Island Code - § 21-2-57 — Severability.
In the event that any provision of this chapter or the application of it to any
person or circumstance shall be held invalid, that invalidity shall not affect
the provisions or applications of this chapter which can be given effect
without the invalid provisions or applications, and to this end the provisions
of this chapter are declared to be severable.
