2005 Rhode Island Code - § 21-17-9 — Enforcement – Appropriations.
The director of environmental management shall administer and enforce the
provisions of §§ 21-17-1 – 21-17-10, and shall make suitable
regulations to carry out the administration and enforcement. The general
assembly shall annually appropriate any sum that it may deem necessary to carry
out the purposes of §§ 21-17-1 – 21-17-10.
