2005 Rhode Island Code - § 21-17-6 — Use of terms importing freshness.
The terms "fresh eggs," "strictly fresh eggs," "new-laid eggs," or words or
descriptions of similar import shall not be used in connection with the sale or
offering for sale or advertising for sale of eggs in Rhode Island that do not
meet the minimum requirements for Rhode Island consumer grade A or better.
