2005 Rhode Island Code - § 21-17-14 — Rules and regulations – Enforcement.
The department of health shall have the same duties and powers relative to the
making of rules and regulations relative to the enforcement of § 21-17-12
as is or shall be conferred upon it by chapter 1 of this title with reference
to other foods.
