2005 Rhode Island Code - § 21-14-13 — Appointment of enforcement agents.
The director may appoint as his or her agents any subordinate officers and
employees in the department that may to him or her seem desirable and may
assign to these agents the functions vested in the department for the
preservation and enforcement of sanitary regulations in and around shellfish
packing houses.
