2005 Rhode Island Code - § 2-6-5 — Records.
Each person whose name appears on the label as handling agricultural or
vegetable seeds subject to this chapter shall keep for a period of two (2)
years complete records of each lot of agricultural or vegetable seed handled
and keep for one year a file sample of each lot of seed after final disposition
of the lot. All records and samples pertaining to the shipment or shipments
involved are accessible for inspection by the director or his or her agent
during customary business hours.
