2005 Rhode Island Code - § 2-4-16 — Cooperation of other public agencies.
Agencies of this state and agencies of towns, municipalities or other governmental subdivisions of this state having jurisdiction over public or private land, or charged with the administration of publicly owned lands lying within the boundaries of any district, may cooperate to the fullest extent with those districts in the implementation of programs undertaken by the directors under the provisions of this chapter.Disclaimer: These codes may not be the most recent version.
