2005 Rhode Island Code - § 2-4-13 — Contributions and agreements as conditions to benefits.
As a condition to the extending of any benefits under this chapter to, or the
performance of work upon, any lands not owned or controlled by this state or
any of its agencies, the directors may require contributions in money,
services, materials, or otherwise to any operations conferring those benefits,
and may require land occupiers to enter into and perform any agreements as to
the use of their lands as may be consistent with the purposes of this chapter;
however, required contributions must be approved as to amount and content by
the state conservation committee.
