2005 Rhode Island Code - § 2-20-4 — Bond of Providence surveyor.
The Providence surveyor shall, before entering on the duties of his or her
office, give bond with two (2) sureties to the city treasurer, in the sum of
two thousand dollars ($2,000), for the faithful discharge of his or her duties.
