2005 Rhode Island Code - § 2-20-34 — Expense of overhauling for reinspection.
The expense of overhauling lumber for the purpose of reinspection and of the
reinspection, shall be paid by the person requiring the reinspection and in all
these cases this compensation shall be equally divided among the surveyor and
his or her deputy or deputies.
