2005 Rhode Island Code - § 2-20-33 — Fees on reinspection.
If, upon a reinspection pursuant to § 2-30-32, an error is found in the
survey above the amount of five dollars ($5.00), the person who surveyed the
lumber shall receive no compensation for his or her services, and shall be
fined not less than ten dollars ($10.00) nor more than twenty dollars ($20.00)
and the surveyor and his or her deputy or deputies in other cases shall receive
for their compensation twenty-five cents (25¢) per one thousand feet
(1,000'), to be paid by the purchaser.
