2005 Rhode Island Code - § 2-20-29 — Penalty for alteration of marks.
Every person who willfully crosses, alters or defaces any mark affixed to any
lumber by any deputy surveyor, shall be fined not less than fifty dollars
($50.00), to be recovered by the surveyor and to enure as provided in §
2-20-28.
