2005 Rhode Island Code - § 2-18-10 — Penalty for violations.
Any person, firm or corporation violating § 2-18-9 or offering any
hindrance to the carrying out of any part of this section, shall be adjudged
guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction shall be fined not less than ten
dollars ($10.00) nor more than one hundred dollars ($100) for each offense.
