2005 Rhode Island Code - § 2-15-3 — Violations.
Any person, firm or corporation or agent who cuts or saws standing or growing
trees, shrubs, or vegetation for commercial forest products from any location
without first receiving a registration certificate shall be guilty of a
misdemeanor and shall be fined not less than one hundred dollars ($100), nor
more than five hundred dollars ($500).
