2005 Rhode Island Code - § 2-12-5 — Rules and regulations.
The director of the department of environmental management may make any rules
and regulations, not inconsistent with law, that in his or her judgment may be
helpful in carrying out the provisions of this chapter and of preventing and
suppressing forest fires.
